Relationship with the Past
Each of us likely have had some challenging experiences that shaped the way we see ourselves or the beliefs we hold about the world around us. How we relate with the past is important because it impacts how we experience our lives in the moment. The first step is to recognize that we were looking at the world with immature or ignorant eyes. We can slowly change these experiences to wisdom and gratitude that helps us make choices that improve our circumstances.
