Is there a negative habit in your life you want to replace? What's something you can replace your acting out ritual with? Create an "If -> Then" scenario. If I look at risqué photos, then I’ll get up, go to another room and call my Accountability Partner. If I get the urge to act out then I'll do 20 push-ups.
