Our bodies are storehouses of information.

We keep good thoughts, bad memories, stress and anxiety in there.

So, how do all of these emotions get released? Great question. Some people don’t have a release and stored negative energy can cause all sorts of problems mentally, physically and emotionally.

If you don’t have a healthy release you could be creating complications for yourself down the line.

Today Masataka teaches us about the power of dancing for the soul. Dance has been a source of healing and liberation for him.
