The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Today we’ll begin taking a look at some of the various areas of your life and how they might be impacting your relationship with pornography.

How what you do affects you

Everything in your life is connected – eating, sleeping, hygiene – it’s a lifestyle you’ve developed over time. Lifestyle is a projection of your inner thoughts and beliefs. By changing your lifestyle, you can also change your thoughts and feelings.

Having a healthy lifestyle now, makes all the difference in the world later. It also deeply impacts your internal aspect (feelings/spirit). Think about these internal and external aspects of your life and how they impact each other:
